Membership is through a yearly subscription (see below) and includes:

  • Weekly meetings (not tutored), including refreshments. The meetings take place during the day on Mondays and last 3,5 hours.
  • Regular access to a friendly and supportive art group.
  • Workshops/talks usually led by a visiting tutor/artist and project work sessions take place several times a year.
  • Opportunity to show (and sell) artwork in Howick Art Group’s exhibitions. Normally we hold two exhibitions a year which take place in Howick Village Hall.
  • Option to have a selection of your own artwork and bio on Howick Art Group’s website.
  • Optional access to a member-only dedicated online space to share artwork (Padlet).

Our annual membership fee for 2024-25 is £80 (our year runs from October to October). If you join the group in April or after it is reduced to £40. Our membership fee is reviewed every year at the AGM in the autumn.

Location, access, facilities: Meetings in Howick Village Hall; all rooms and facilities (kitchen and toilets) on the ground floor, adjacent carpark (free), bus stop closeby.
