Membership is through a yearly subscription (see below) and includes:
- Weekly meetings (not tutored), including refreshments. The meetings take place during the day on Mondays and last 3,5 hours.
- Regular access to a friendly and supportive art group.
- Workshops/talks usually led by a visiting tutor/artist and project work sessions take place several times a year.
- Opportunity to show (and sell) artwork in Howick Art Group’s exhibitions. Normally we hold two exhibitions a year which take place in Howick Village Hall.
- Option to have a selection of your own artwork and bio on Howick Art Group’s website.
Our annual membership fee for 2025-26 is £90 (our year runs from October to October). If you join the group after our first exhibition (usually early May), it is reduced to £45. Our membership fee is reviewed every year at the AGM in the autumn.
Location, access, facilities: Meetings in Howick Village Hall; all rooms and facilities (kitchen and toilets) on the ground floor, adjacent carpark (free), bus stop closeby.
